BOOKING INFO
Before securing an appointment, it is important to fully read and understand the following information below -

When submitting your idea, please include the following so I can assess if your project is a good fit before offering a quote and availability:
Clear description of the tattoo
Desired placement
Approximate size (cm/inches)
Reference or inspiration images
Please include all relevant details (e.g. specific flowers or elements you want) so I can better plan your design.

I’ll review your enquiry to see if it suits my style and approach.
If accepted, you’ll receive a reply with a quote, available dates, and deposit details.
Once your deposit is received, your appointment is secured and a confirmation email will be sent.
Designs are sent 1–2 days before your appointment.
All communication is handled personally by me - there is no automated booking system.

APPOINTMENT INFO:
The studio operates a strict 18+ policy. Valid photo ID (passport or provisional/full driving licence) is required. If you don’t provide an ID upon request I will not continue with the appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.
The studio can only accommodate artists and clients - so please attend alone.
Tattooing times vary depending on size, placement, and on-the-day adjustments. Please keep your day free and allow extra time if travelling, or discuss with me before booking tickets.
Eat a meal 1–2 hours before your appointment and avoid excessive alcohol in the days prior.
If you’re running late, email me or contact the studio on 07477 503263. Appointments may be cancelled and deposit forfeited if you’re over 30 minutes late without notice.
During healing, avoid vigorous exercise, swimming, sun beds, saunas, steam rooms, and prolonged sun exposure. Full aftercare details can be found HERE.

My work is primarily black and grey. Small touches of colour may be possible depending on the project; full-colour tattoos are not offered.
If you like one of my flash designs or previous pieces, I’ll create a new, original tattoo in a similar style while incorporating your ideas.
Designing begins once a deposit is paid. Designs are completed in appointment order and sent 1–2 days prior.
Collaboration with your ideas are always welcome, though the best results come with trust in my creative approach. If you’re looking for multiple concepts or full control over every detail, we may not be the right fit for your project.

By the time your appointment has been confirmed, we should have a clear understanding of your idea and overall vision.
Small adjustments can be made once the design is sent to you (1-2 days prior appointment).
To help keep revisions to a minimum, please be as clear and detailed as possible when describing your idea, and include clear reference images if you have them. This ensures we’re aligned from the start.
Significant changes or a full concept shift may incur an additional fee and may require rescheduling.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and start the design process. This is deducted from the final cost.
Deposits secure appointments on a first come, first served basis.
One reschedule per deposit is allowed with at least 72 hrs notice.
The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of your session and can be paid by bank transfer or cash.

Please inform me of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
For health and safety reasons, I’m unable to tattoo clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Some medical conditions may require GP clearance before proceeding.
